i hate being sick

i thought i was over my cold but yesterday my throat was starting to get really sore. so i left my night class halfway through and went to the doctor but he said my throat wasn't infected. so i am supposed to gargle with salt water(yuck) and take advil and if it doesn't go away in a couple days i'm supposed to go back. well today i woke up and it was even more sore than last night. so i'll wait till tomorrow and see how it is. but it's not red or anything so i'm not sure what's going on with it. hopefully it goes away soon.

well my mom is supposed to leave this friday for Calgary and then leave saturday morning to Cuba with my aunt and uncle. but they don't know what is going on right now because of hurricane wilma. it flooded Havana, which is an hour away from where they are staying. so they aren't sure if their resort is ok or not. or if the airport is ok. i hope that she is still able to go and that everything is ok over there. my mom needs a good vacation to just get away from home and work and have some fun. i know it will probably be hard for her to go without my dad but i'm glad that my aunt(her sister) and uncle will be with her and they will look out for her.

saturday night was ok. it wasn't overly exciting and i didn't really get drunk. we only stayed till like 12:30 cause it was getting kind of boring and lindsey was kind of fighting with her bf. but i'm glad we left early cause i was getting tired anyways and i had to get up early to go to work.

only 2 assigments left to do this week and i think i finally have time to finish those ones. i can't wait till this semester is over. it just seems that every week i have something and i'm always afraid that i'm never going to catch up.

i still haven't talked to either guy yet. i wrote them both an email but haven't gotten a reply back. so who knows. i just wish that guys would have the balls to tell if you they didn't want to talk to you anymore instead of just ignoring u. i'm just really getting sick of it.

well that's about all that's new with me. gotta go to class now. more later.
