what a good day it was today!!

well actually it all started yesterday. it was GST check day yesterday, where i got almost $100. i love getting that money. and then today i got paid from work, which was a little more than i thought it would be which is always nice. and i also received a check for $195 for my orphan's benefit that i get because of the death of my father. and because i am still going to school. so i get it every month that i'm in school or until i'm 25. so i'll be 25 before i am finished school. but that's still 3 years away, so i'm going to save up that money. first i'm going to use it to pay off my Visa and HBC credit card which i am so happy about cause i hate owing money. and then i'm also going to use that money later on to buy myself a bigger tv cause i only have a 13" in my room right now. and then i am going to save the rest for just later on in life when i might need it for something.

today i also found out that i am going to Judge Bryant school for my field placement for education and i will be in a grade 7 classroom. i am so excited cause that is the grade that i really want to teach. so it's really going to give me an insight into what it will be liked. and we are encouraged to help out the teacher, either helping put up displays or helping a student with a subject or anything else that the teacher might want our help with. i've already done this in grade 11 when i went to my old elementary school and helped out my gr.5 teacher Mrs. Pollock but she was teaching grade 8 at the time when i helped her. and i helped make a novel study and put up a display in the hall. so i'm glad i did that back then. but it will be weird to hear the kids call me miss machuk. but at the same time, i will like it too :) cause it will make me feel like an actual teacher.

last night i hung out with chad and we went for supper and played pool and went back to his place to watch some tv and cuddled. i had a pretty good time although sometimes he can be a little embarassing in public.like why do people feel they need to let other people hear our conversation? sometimes when he told me stuff, he talked so loud and was looking at other people cause it seemed he wanted them to hear it too. and he seems to really be against girls cause whenever he talks about them all he does is swear and talk really loud and get angry. so yah i don't know if i want to date him or not. and he doesn't really seem like he wants to, he just wants to go take things as they go. so whatever. i think i'm just going to concentrate on school. that's more important right now than a bf. i mean it would be nice cause i like having someone to cuddle with and kiss and talk to but not if it's going to take them a long time to figure out what's going on.

as for jordan, well i called him tonight and he said that he was annoyed with me writing on his journal but he didn't have a reason as to why he was annoyed. and then i asked if he still wanted to be friends and he said yes but then he's like well i'm busy can i call you back? and do you think he did? NO. that pisses me off when people say they will call back when they really don't mean it. i knew he was never going to call me back. it's funny that he wants to be friends since he doesn't really seem like he does. don't friends usually call each other once and awhile, at least to say hi and to see how it's going? well he doesn't do that and im not going to be the only one who does. and friends make time for their friends but he doesn't do that either. so is he really worth being friends with? i'm starting to think not. he doesn't deserve to be my friend if he's going to be like that.

anyways i think i've ranted enough. i have to get back to studying for my psych 220 midterm that is tomorrow.
