awesome weekend!!

Well on Friday, my mom picked me up at 2:30 from school and we headed to MJ. once there, we checked into our hotel and got settled in our room. we then walked around for a bit, before deciding to go for supper. After supper we went to the casino to use the $20 vouchers we each had for it. i was up to like 80 credits but then i blew them. after the casino, we went into the pool. it was so relaxing. the outdoor part is so awesome, its very hot and it's cool to see how the steam rises up. after the pool, we ordered room service(nachos and chicken fingers) and then just watched some TV before we headed to bed. we didn't play cards or anything cause we were both too relaxed and tired to do anything. and the beds were so comfy!! i wish we could have stayed another night. in the morning, we went swimming again and then had breakfast. after that we headed to the tunnels, did the Passage to Fortune one first and then the Chicago connection one. both were very good, although i have seen the chicago one before and of course i got picked on again lol after the tunnels we went shopping and then headed home. overall, it was a very relaxing night. it was nice to just get away for a night and not think about school or anything.

then saturday night i met Mark. he picked me for our super hot date(that's what he put on his msn) and we went to chapters for coffee and then to the paradise mini golf where i proceeded to beat him by 1 stroke. i found out that we are both really competitive so it was kind of funny. and then since we had a bet that the loser would by the winner a drink, we went to BP's to have a drink. the night was really good, it was not akward or long pauses in the conversation at all. we have a lot in common, especially that we can both talk a lot. and he's a really nice guy. he also kept telling me how hot he thinks i am. i've never really had a guy say that to me so it was kind of nice. i was home by 12:30 only cause i had to work at 9 am. then last night i went to his place and watched a movie. It's so nice to finally meet a nice guy who doesn't only want me for sex.

i really wish it was February so that i could go to Calgary already. i really miss Ash and i can't wait till i can go there and just hang out with her. i don't care if we don't do much, i just want to spend time with her. and i also want to see my cousin dawn's new daughter, who was born on Dec.30. and then i want to meet my cousin barb's fiance. and plus getting away for a while will be nice considering i have 4 midterms the week before i go. at least they will all be done and over with so that's good.

anyways i have to head back to class. hope you guys liked the update. sorry i didn't do it yesterday.
